The Black Family Technology Awareness Association (BFTAA) is excited to announce the inaugural “Kansas City Computer Olympics, presented by Time Warner Cable.” The Computer Olympics will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from noon – 4:00 PM at W.E.B. DuBois Learning Center (4510 E. Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO). This event is part of the Black Family Technology Awareness Campaign.

~The Computer Olympics offers an opportunity for students to compete in STEM-related challenges such as computer coding, science and mathematics. The format will be like the sports Olympics, and students will represent their schools, churches or community centers in the competition.
