The National Congress of Black Women is a 501 (c) 3 not for profit, membership-driven, civic organization dedicated to the education, economic, political and cultural development of Black Women and their families.

The Kansas City Chapter invites you and your friends to connect with other dynamic women, and learn about the National Congress of Black Women, Inc. and its membership rewards. Be sure to bring your business cards, your hand held or your notebook! Enjoy a great atmosphere with delicious food. Co-Hosted by CHES, Inc. This is a FREE event.

The Kansas City Chapter is looking for you to help us remain flexibile in strategy and steady in purpose, as we continue to engage, encourage, educate, and enlighten women and their families.

Bring a black hair care product for a woman or girl in need and enter in a drawing to win some awesome door prizes. Products must be new, unopened, natural products and/or no-lye perms, moisturizers, shampoos. Add on items like combs, brushes, hair ties are welcome. Products will be donated to local domestic violence shelter and agencies that provide housing for homeless teenage girls.

Voter registration will be available. Change of address to your voter registration card can be updated as well.

Interested in being a guest at one of our meetings, we meet every 3rd Saturday at Ches, Inc. 3125 Gillham Plaza. Guests are welcome at 11:30am.
